Q. Where can I find the video presentation?
A. When you click the "Webinar" link you will be directed to a page that has "Continuing Professional Education Unit" in the center.

Q. Why is there a wait period for the video presentation to load?
A. The e-learning Center uses FLASH technology. The video files are relatively large and load more quickly using high speed DSL. If you are on a network, your network may be slow at given periods which may cause a longer wait period for loading. Currently our programmers and designers are seeking better ways of designing the web site to decrease loading time. Many public libraries offer High Speed DSL Internet Access at no charge.
Q. How do I retake the quiz if I failed to achieve the desired score?
A. When you reach the final page in the quiz (the score page), right click on the image and select rewind.
Q. Can I get CPE credits for taking the quizzes?
A. Yes, we have been given approval to offer CPE credits.
Q. How many CPE credits can I earn?
A. CFE's will be awarded 1 CPE unit per training module. Units will be awarded contingent upon achieving an 80% or better score on the quiz. A Certificates of Completion will be mailed to the participants by the Golden State Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners after receipt of the Quiz's printed score sheet. You should always retain an additional copy of your score sheet for the ACFE's CPE certification compliance purposes.
Q. How much will this training cost?
A. The Golden State Chapter remains committed to providing low cost training. The Webinar requires a small fee to help offset the cost of web hosting, employing administrative and web design staff. We are doing an introductory special of $15.00 per module.
